The TPI assessment is one method Coach Shawn and Coach Nick use to build effective golf fitness programs for their clients. The 16-part TPI assessment helps the coaches recognize which physical limitations may be holding a golfer back from playing their best. Comprehensive Golf Fitness Curriculum/Programming

The GTS trainers have created programs for golfers with a wide range of skill levels. Their client list includes past LPGA & PGA Tour members, elite college golfers, club pros, and weekend players. A common theme in all of these golfers' training programs is that they include a comprehensive approach to their golf fitness.

While some online training programs focus only on strength or speed, the GTS program contains a unique combination of mobility, flexibility, speed, and/or strength exercises that are client dependent. The GTS coaches use information gathered from initial physical assessments & interviews to create a program that can be the most beneficial to that specific client.

This feature lets the coaches know if their clients are sticking to their prescribed workout schedule or not.
